You know you need to claw back some time in your business, but when you are first considering outsourcing to a Virtual Assistant, it can feel quite overwhelming. Where on earth to start?
When thinking about the ‘what’ to outsource, my recommendation is to start with this question. What are you currently doing on a regular basis that is draining your energy?
